Sam Jalloh: How Tennis Saved My Life (Part 2 of 2)

If you've listened to the first part of Sam's interview, you'll know he has a truly remarkable story. Sam grew up in a Civil War torn Sierra Leone and went through some horrific experiences but his dream of playing tennis for his Nation kept him going. In this second part of the interview, Sam talks about playing for Sierra Leone, the continued challenges he faced and his experience and approach to tennis in the UK. Despite all the adversity he has encountered, Sam has such a life affirming positive outlook on life.

Sam has written a book about his experiences which is called How Tennis Saved My Life. It’s a highly recommended read.
